The Week That Was 5th May 2017
Next week is KS2 SATs week in England. All 11 year olds will be sitting reading, maths and spelling and grammar tests. Our children have been well prepared by Mrs Curry and Mrs McClurg and all of the adults that have inputted over the last three years. Please pray for the children and I am sure they will show the world what they can do.
There was new life in Year R this week with the birth of 6 chicks. This provided great enjoyment across the school.
Mr Fox is collecting plastic bottle tops for a child’s cancer charity. Instead of throwing your milk bottle, pop bottle tops away can you bring them into school please.
Finally, Year 5 raised £147 from the cake sale last Friday. Thank you for your generosity and watch this space for two more sales in the coming Months. The money is going towards their Walsingham Pilgrimage in June.
Have a good weekend.
