New News Story

The Week That Was 23rd June 2017

What a week.

On Tuesday Fr Brendan and Deacon Michael celebrated Mass for the children who made their First Holy Communion this year. Each child received a rosary that Mrs Merriam got from the Vatican in Rome.  Welcome to the special club,  Evan Duchovskij, Kundai Muzambi, Virginia Banczak, Mya Nnanwubar, Austin Hepworth.

We then moved to activity camp and that was a real treat. We say a big thank you to Mrs Gaunt who organised the events. This was her first activity camp and my word it was a huge success. Please if you still owe the £8 please pay asap. We had a climbing tower, a human football table, archery, cheerleading and lots more. Please ask your child what they enjoyed.

There will be news next week about the 40th Celebration that is being held this evening. We are welcoming the Bishop, The Lord Lieutenant of Northampton and lots of ex-staff and pupils.

Finally, Year 5 will be going on their annual pilgrimage to Walsingham on Wednesday. So many things to look forward too.

On Tuesday 27th June there will be an ooportunity for parents to meet the new Interim Head Mrs Dodds.

Please make sure the children are well protected for hot days, ie sun cream and sunhats

Have a good weekend.
